Olverembatinib binds tightly to the ATP-binding sites of native BCR-ABL1 and multiple BCR-ABL1 mutants, including the most refractory (“gatekeeper”) mutant T315I, and potently suppresses proliferation of leukemia cells expressing BCR-ABL1 (Ren et al., 2013). This evidence concerns the gene ABL1 and leukemia.
