When stratifying B-ALL patients into risk groups, we found a significant decrease in CD38 expression levels in B-cells SR (p = 0.0002, Fig. 5b), IR (p = 0.0133, Fig. 5b), and HR (p = 0.0015, Fig. 5b) groups when compared to control group. This evidence concerns the gene CD38 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
