In the multivariate binary logistic regression analysis, the serum orexin A level was positively associated with short‐term neurological improvement (per SD increment, adjusted OR: 1.65, 95% CI: 1.03–2.63, p = 0.036) after adjusting for the incidence of stroke‐related insomnia, admission NIHSS score, admission mRS score, HAM‐A score, and HAM‐D score on day 7 as well as other traditional related factors related to neurological recovery (Figure 3 and Table 3; details of the univariate binary logistic regression analysis are shown in Supporting Information 2). This evidence concerns the gene HCRT and Stroke.
