History of physician‐diagnosed IgE‐mediated peanut allergy including onset of characteristic allergic signs and symptoms within 2 h of known oral exposure to peanut or peanut‐containing foods, psIgE ≥14 kUA/L, mean peanut SPT wheal diameter ≥8 mm compared with negative saline control.
