In Table 3, as compared to patients not presenting with DCI, those suffering from DCI exhibited substantially elevated Hunt–Hess scores, modified Fisher scores, and blood glucose (all P < 0.05), as well as had significantly higher percentages of serum HIF-1α levels of >229.3 pg/ml, acute hydrocephalus, intraventricular hemorrhage, and external ventricular drainage (all P < 0.05).
