The result showed that nonmetastatic tumors exhibited high enrichment of cell-cycle signaling pathways, such as G2M checkpoint, E2F targets, MYC targets V2, and mitotic signal, while inflammatory-related signaling pathways, such as IL6_JAK_STAT3 signaling, coagulation, allograft_rejection, compliment, and inflammatory response were upregulated in metastatic tumors. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and metastatic neoplasm.
