The PCA analysis of cancer tissues obtained from surgery (Figure 2F) revealed that the CNV levels of EGFR, GNAS, AURKA, BCL2L1, SRC, MET, FLT1, FLT3, EML4, PIK3CB, RRM1, TOP1, RAF1, PPARG, CCND2, CDKN2A, PIK3R1, APC, DPYD, AR, BTK, MALT1, and BCL2 could significantly differentiate the two groups of patients (Figure 2G). This evidence concerns the gene GNAS and cancer.
