In the absence of BRCA1/2 or PALB2, KEAP1-NRF2 is not inhibited, ubiquitination of Nrf2 results in high ROS production, and regulating the Keap1 pathway to inhibit endothelial apoptosis and is an essential means of alleviating atherosclerosis from the root (Kobayashi et al., 2004; Singh et al., 2013).
