The results showed that the mutation frequency of SCAF11, NLRP7, and NLRP2 was 3%; the mutation frequency of CASP8, CASP1, NLRP3, PLCG1, and CASP5 was 2%; the mutation frequency of NLRP1, NOD2, NLRP6, NLRC4, GSDMD, ELANE, CASP9, NOD1, and GSDMC was 1%, and the other 16 pyroptosis-related genes were not found in any mutations in BLCA samples (Figure 1(a)). Here, CASP9 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
