APOB and osteoporosis: When serum apolipoprotein B concentration was used as a continuous variable, the study found that in the fully adjusted covariate model, 30–39 years (β = −0.068, 95% CI: −0.108, −0.027, p = 0.00105) and 40–49 years (β = −0.065, 95% CI: −0.104, −0.026, p = 0.00112) of apolipoprotein B concentrations and lumbar spine BMD, respectively, were negatively correlated with osteoporosis in the cohort, and that this correlation was significant.
