Thus, we investigated the correlation between CHAC2 and immune cell infiltration from different databases and found that a positive correlation of CHAC2 existed with the infiltration of activated CD8+, CD4+ T cells, and activated dendritic cells indicating that CHAC2 may have an important role to play in the infiltration of these immune cells and ultimately of the breast tumor microenvironment. Here, CD4 is linked to breast neoplasm.
