In this study, we identified triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) causing seven KGs (TOP2A, BIRC5, AURKB, EGFR, ACTB, ASPM, and BUB1B) based on five NCBI-GEO microarray gene expression datasets and TCGA RNA-Seq datasets for early diagnosis and therapies of TNBC by using the integrated bioinformatics and systems biology approaches. The gene discussed is AURKB; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
