Consistent with IHC results, flow cytometry of the GBM tissue indicates that knocking out ALKBH5 remarkably increased the number of infiltration T cells (Fig. 2C, D), including total T cells (CD45+CD3+) (Fig. 2E), T helper cells (CD45+CD3+CD4+CD8−) (Fig. 2F), and cytotoxic T cells (CD45+CD3+CD4−CD8+) (Fig. 2G).
