Anti-Ro60 (69.5%), anti-Ro52 (66.9%), and anti-La (49.5%) antibodies were prevalent in Sjögren’s syndrome [no antibodies were detected in 58/279 (20.8%) patients], while in 133 SSc patients, anti-centromere (CENP-B) accounted for 50.8% and anti-Scl70 for 34.1%.
