Contrary to the findings of Gooden et al., FoxP3+ TIL infiltration has been associated with poor prognosis for OS and relapse-free survival (RFS) in most cancers, such as breast, hepatocellular, gastric, ovarian, cervix, and cholangiocarcinoma [17, 26, 28, 29, 32, 35–37]. This evidence concerns the gene FOXP3 and cholangiocarcinoma.
