TP53 and neoplasm: Comparing SNPs obtained using the dbSNP dataset scored by our prediction framework with SNPs from patient tumor data (Table 2 and Supplementary Table S2c), we found that 2 (8.0%) SNPs in BRCA1, 6 (9.5%) SNPs in BRCA2, 7 (14.5%) SNPs in EGFR, 4 (6.45%) SNPs in PIK3CA, 18 (48.6%) SNPs in PTEN and 120 (47.24%) SNPs in TP53, have scored 7 in our prediction and were found in breast tumors (Figure 3).
