IGLL5 was mainly found to frequently occur in the mutation in chronic lymphoblastic leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma (Kasar et al., 2015; Pérez-Carretero et al., 2020; Fan et al., 2020; Li et al., 2020; Panea et al., 2019; D'Agostino et al., 2020; White et al., 2018). Here, IGLL5 is linked to AL amyloidosis.
