Higher GAD-7 score at enrollment was associated with increased odds of depression at 34weeks (OR 1.4, 95% CI 1.14–1.7, P = 0.001) and at 6–8 weeks postpartum (OR 1.2, 95% CI 1.0–1.4, P = 0.026), but not at 6 months postpartum. Here, GAD1 is linked to depressive symptom measurement.
