Death receptor DR5, also called tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily member 10b (TNFRSF10B), belonging to the Type I membrane surface receptors, and its ligands TNFSF10/TRAIL belonging to the Type II membrane proteins [27], have also been reported to be implicated in viral infection-related apoptosis [28,29].
