To assess the contribution of oxidative stress to the observed antiproliferative activity, we also examined the effects of FEO, LEO, and SEO on oxidative stress markers, precisely on the production of superoxide anion radical (O2•−), nitrites (NO2−), and total and reduced glutathione, as established indicators of oxidative stress and the influence of the examined treatments on the redox homeostasis of breast cancer. Here, TNFRSF11A is linked to breast carcinoma.
