ABCG2 and atherosclerosis: Based on the GeneRatio values and p-value, the top 20 pathways of these compounds were selected, e.g., pathways in cancer, human cytomegalovirus infection, lipid and atherosclerosis, chemical carcinogenesis-receptor activation, neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, purine metabolism, calcium signaling pathway, glucagon signaling pathway, and ABC transporters, and were shown in Figure 4B, Figure 5B, and Figure 6B.
