As shown in Figure 5a,b, RuCu NPs performed POD-like activity and CAT-like activity in the tumor microenvironment, in which RuCu NPs could relieve tumor hypoxia by reacting with the overexpressed H2O2 to generate O2 and kill tumors by catalyzing H2O2 to produce highly toxic ·OH.
