PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors significantly increased the risk of serious pneumonitis (OR = 2.52, 95%CI: 1.02–6.26), hypothyroidism (OR = 5.92, 95%CI: 1.22–28.86), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) elevation (OR = 1.66, 95%CI: 1.12–2.45), and adrenal insufficiency (OR = 18.81, 95%CI: 3.42–103.40). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and hypothyroidism.
