There was no statistical difference (p > 0.55, nonsignificant) in the amount of sclerosis between the M and N groups; the sclerotic bone volume was 1320 ± 501 mL, as defined by PSMA-PET in the patients with bone metastases (M), and 1231 ± 278 mL in the prostate cancer patients without skeletal metastases (N) (Table 2).
