We selected two multi-target inhibitors to test the in-vitro anti-tumor activity of AXL and MET inhibition: foretinib, exerting antitumor activity via inhibition of MET, AXL and VEGF receptor 2 and cabozantinib, with activity against a broad range of targets, including MET, RET, AXL, VEGFR2, FLT3, and c-KIT. Here, MET is linked to neoplasm.
