In a primary analysis of 1,849 CYP2C19 LOF carriers, composite CV death, MI, stroke, stent thrombosis, and severe recurrent ischemia occurred in 4.0% (35/903) and 5.9% (54/946) of patients in the genotype-guided and conventional arms, respectively, but the difference did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.06). This evidence concerns the gene CYP2C19 and Stroke.
