NIC enhances the PD-L1 antibody in the inhibition of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) growth in vitro and in vivo, which was involved in the blockage of p-STAT3 binding to the promoter of PD-L1 and finally downregulation of PD-L1 expression. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
