TET2 and systemic lupus erythematosus: Comparing the expression of every TET between SLE and the healthy donors, TET2 showed remarkably high levels in SLE (0.3293 ± 0.2139 vs. 0.2161 ± 0.1092, respectively; p < 0.001); the expressions of TET1 and TET3 did not differ between the two groups (Figure 1).
