At the same time, we also detected the co-localization of ferritin autophagy and lysosome labels, and the results show that the co-localization of the autophagy regulator (LC3) and lysosome (LAMP2) significantly decreased in C-MYC-over-expressed ovarian cancer cells, while NCOA4 up-regulation could reverse this change (Figure 2B,D). This evidence concerns the gene MYC and ovarian carcinoma.
