The results demonstrated that the expression levels of RAC1 were significantly increased in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC) and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), compared to corresponding adjacent control samples. Here, RAC1 is linked to gastric adenocarcinoma.
