The results showed that the expression levels of RHOA, RHOC, RHOD, RHOF, RHOJ, RHOQ, RHOU, RHOV, RAC1, RAC3, RND1, RND2 and RND3 were significantly higher in the DLBCL tissues, as compared to the normal tissues; however, the expression levels of RHOB and RHOG stood on the opposite side, indicating that the RHO, RAC and RND subfamilies were associated with the development of DLBCL. The gene discussed is RAC1; the disease is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
