Moreover, to analyze the oxidation state of Prx2 in the RBCs of OSA patients, we separated the lysates of the RBCs from healthy subjects and patients with OSA (n = 3, each) by reverse-phase HPLC and analyzed the elution fractions (30–45 min, 1 mL/min) by Western blotting using anti-Prx2 and anti-Prx-SO2/3 antibodies. Here, PRRX2 is linked to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
