Women with preeclampsia produce excessive angiotensin II type 1-receptor autoantibody (AT1-AA), soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 (sFlt-1), ox-LDL, and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), leading to high concentrations of them in the circulation [244,341,342,343,344]. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and preeclampsia.
