Table S5 and Figure S4 show that there was a significant positive correlation between logP values and the protein level of Nrf2 (r = 0.922, p = 0.004). LogP values also showed a strong positive correlation with the protein level of NQO1 (r = 0.737, p = 0.047) and HO-1 (r = 0.759, p = 0.04), indicating that the larger the logP value of the electrophilic compound, the higher protein level of Nrf2 and downstream targets in colitis, and this result was consistent with the results of correlation analysis between logP values and DAI scores. Here, NQO1 is linked to colitis.
