Vanaja et al., 2003 report that the gene expression of both PSP94 and ZNF185 are inversely correlated with prostate cancer progression with the least amounts recorded in the metastatic disease followed by Gleason score 9, lymph node-positive disease; Gleason score 9, lymph node-negative disease; with the highest amounts recorded in adjacent benign tissues [129]. Here, ZNF185 is linked to prostate cancer.
