To evaluate the role of MHC-I class molecules in patients’ response to immunotherapies, we compared the expression levels of MHC-I molecules in CRC and some other solid tumor tissues from responders and non-responders to various immunotherapies, including anti-PD1, anti-CTLA4, adapt T cell transfer (ACT), and cancer vaccines [42].
