In the CRT population (n = 358), cT1-2, tumour length ≤ 3.5 cm, and normal CEA were associated with a higher pCR rate in the univariate analyses, and cT1-2 (OR 5.94) remained statistically significant in the multivariate analysis (n = 301, Table S4).
