CD163 and systemic lupus erythematosus: The top 10 biological functions based on the GSEA results show that CD163 played a role in cytokine interactions, extracellular matrix (ECM) receptor interaction, focal adhesion, hematopoietic cell lineage, intestinal immune network, leishmania infection, systemic lupus erythematosus, toll-like receptor signaling pathways, cell adhesion molecules cams, and chemokine signaling pathways (Figure 6a).
