97.4% of the isolated CNA-positive nodules and all CNA-positive nodules that were associated with RAS mutations (NRAS and HRAS) or other low-risk alterations like DICER1, and EIFAX1 alone or with GEA were either benign or non-aggressive malignant tumors/NFTIPs that could have benefitted from a lobectomy alone.
