Therefore, there is a possibility that LPAR2 increases the phosphorylation of GSK-3β by activating the protein kinase C, which means that further studies are required to elucidate the mechanism responsible for the LPA-LPAR2-induced phosphorylation of GSK-3β and its downstream β-catenin signaling pathway in gastric cancer.
