KLK3 and benign prostatic hyperplasia: No significant differences (p = 0.591) were found between Group A (BPH cases) and Group B (PC cases) in terms of age, whereas total PSA was significantly higher (p < 0.001) in Group B than in Group A. Mean values of NLR and PLR were significantly (p < 0.001) lower in Group A (2.23 ± 1.22 and 117.30 ± 51.3, respectively) than in Group B (2.49 ± 1.14 and 132.8 ± 49.3, respectively) and the percentage of cases with high NLR and PLR according to the cut-off, was higher in Group B (43.1% and 57.6%, respectively) than in Group A (28.8% and 36.7%, respectively).
