MEG3 and digestive system neoplasm: It was demonstrated that MEG3 can inhibit the progress of digestive system neoplasms through increasing the expression of DNMT-1, Bcl-2, E2F3, SFRP1, ATP4B, DNMT3B, PKM2, PTEN, ADH4, ERp29, SOX11, AKT/MMP-2/MMP-9, BTG2, TRAF3, PDCD4, and PDHB by sponging miR-148a, miR-181a, miR-141, miR-208a, miR-26a, miR-122, miR-664, miR-483-3p, miR-9-5p, miR-10a-5p, miR-544b, miR-361-5p, and miR-103a-3p, respectively.
