MEG3 and respiratory tract neoplasm: It was demonstrated that MEG3 can inhibit the progress of respiratory system neoplasms through increasing the expression of E-cadherin, PTEN, APAF-1, JAK-STAT, Skp2, SOX7, BRCA1, SLC34A2, and IDO by sponging miR-421, miR-21-5p, miR-23a, miR-548d-3p, miR-3163, miR-7-5p, miR-650, and miR-543, respectively.
