It has been reported that SIGLEC1 is abnormally expressed in various autoimmune diseases and can serve as a potential clinical marker, such as monogenic interferonopathies (59), systemic lupus erythematosu (60–62), autoimmune congenital heart block (63), and primary Sjögren’s syndrome (64). Here, SIGLEC1 is linked to systemic lupus erythematosus.
