Using Ki-67 </≥30% as cut-off, we found an increase in imputed incidence rates of tumours with Ki-67 < 30% and ≥ 30% among women aged 40–69 years, but there was no clear difference in the age group 70–79 years (Supplementary Table 2 and Supplementary Fig. 2A and B).
