HERPUD1 gene mutation had no significant effect on the overall survival(OS) (Fig. 4b), disease free survival(DFS) (Fig. 4c), and disease specific survival(DSS) (Fig. 4d) of patients with ovarian cancer (P > 0.05), but patients with HERPUD1 mutations had longer progression-free survival times(PFS) (Fig. 4e) (P = 0.0338), indicating that mutations in the HERPUD1 gene may be involved in affecting the prognosis of patients.
