Cytokines (IL-4, IL-10 and TGF-β) involved in immunosuppressive process and common immune checkpoints (PD-1 and CTLA-4) were significantly upregulated in gene cluster A, indicating an immunosuppressive pattern in gene cluster A. In addition, critical molecules participating in the negative regulation of ADCP were highly expressed in gene cluster A, suggesting the effect of ADCP was inhibited in gene cluster A. All these findings appealed implications in the correlation between TME and PANoptosis related gene cluster, directing the application of immunotherapy for gliomas. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and glioma.
