Our group reported that a bispecific RIT agent composed of trastuzumab Fab linked through a polyethylene glycol (PEG24) spacer to epidermal growth factor (EGF) labeled with 177Lu was cytotoxic in vitro to human BC cells expressing HER2 or epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR) or both receptors (Razumienko et al. 2016). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and breast cancer.
