TIMER analysis showed that NLRP1 and NLRP3 were both downregulated in six tumor tissues types, including bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma) (LUSC), and rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), and were both upregulated in tumor tissues of kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC) and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), as compared with corresponding normal tissues (Figure 1B and 1D). This evidence concerns the gene NLRP1 and squamous cell lung carcinoma.
