F2RL2 has been proved to have multiple effects on different types of diseases, such as regulating the planar cell polarity of inner ear hair cells, epithelial cells, and hippocampal neurons [5, 6, 23], and play a role in modulating the tumorigenesis of skin cancer, colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, thyroid cancer, prostatic cancer, and so on [7–9, 17, 18, 24]. The gene discussed is F2RL2; the disease is prostate carcinoma.
