In the present study, our results indicated that miR-194-5p was significantly upregulated in PDAC tissue compared to tumor-adjacent tissue, and clarified the underlying mechanism by which circPVRL3 competitively absorbs miR-194-5p as miRNA sponge to regulate the expression of the target gene SOCS2 and activate the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway to promote the progression of PDAC. This evidence concerns the gene SOCS2 and neoplasm.
