Accumulating evidence demonstrated that high levels of Nrf2 were commonly associated with poor prognosis in various cancer types, including glioma, non–small-cell lung cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer (CRC) [10].
